How do we do it?
We get a lot of questions, we’ve had a few about how the scheme works and how we offer you pay monthly kids bikes, exchanging them as your child grows. So here is a quick look behind the scenes at what we do to make sure you can get the right sized bike for your child.
When you order, you submit all your details andmake the first months payment. We then set up the direct debit and whilst that’s clearing, we prep your bike (all of the fleet is new at the moment). We like to deliver bikes ourselves at the moment, so we get in touch to find a convenient time. Usually this is by phone, sometimes by email. Then you just need to look out for a yellow mini and hope we’re not running late (sorry in advance - we’re not that bad…).
We keep in touch with the odd email to check how your child is getting on, and work out when they will grow out of the bike. Once they need a new size, you let us know. We generally find that it's every 18 months they need the next size up. You then you send it back to us (we do also offer pick up) and once we have received it we send you your next bike.
What happens if you want to cancel? Well all our contracts are fully flexible so it’s as simple as sending the bike back and telling us you want to cancel. We obviously don’t like it when members cancel, but we get that circumstances change and we hate hassle, so we try to make it as smooth a process as possible.
